According to different installation methods of customers, industrial displays can be divided into the following types:
1. Open industrial display
Industrial displays do not have a frame shell, only an interior. Most customers' applications are mainly in devices with small size and exquisite shells, and there is not much space to install general displays, such as ATM machines, commercial POS machines, etc., which are usually installed inside customer devices.
2. Embedded industrial displays
As the name suggests, an embedded industrial display is definitely embedded in the customer's product. The customer's product requires a medium to large control cabinet, and our embedded industrial display only has the panel left, with the rest embedded in the customer's equipment. It is fixed with hooks at the back (the large control cabinet only needs to have a large hole according to our embedded display installation diagram). No installation holes need to be opened in other places.
3. Rack mounted industrial displays
Generally speaking, rack mounted industrial displays are installed on 19 inch cabinets, so their width is the standard 19 inches, and the mounting holes are opened according to the standard number of U. Generally used in large cabinets such as telecommunications, power, and large servers.
4. Inverted industrial display
Simply put, it is an industrial display installed in the customer's cabinet and equipment in reverse, inside the customer's machine equipment. Unlike open industrial displays, it has a casing and power supply, and its edges overlap with the customer's casing. It is generally used in large and medium-sized equipment such as power, machinery, and medical industries.
5. Wall mounted industrial displays
The feature is that it can be hung up, not just on the wall, but mostly installed on the customer's equipment. It can adjust the angle according to the customer's requirements, and with the appropriate installation arm, it can be freely placed in any position for the user to view. It is generally used in small, medium, and large equipment.
